I have always been interested in exploring our reason for being and how we can live our lives in a way that is meaningful. Amidst my exploration, I have discovered life-changing knowledge and tools that have allowed me to bring more joy and inner peace into my own life. I am extremely passionate about sharing my experience with others so that they too can connect to their own power, vitality and resilience.
I love uncovering new ways to bridge the gap between what can be experienced through the physical senses and that “something more” that many have been able to catch a glimpse of but may not fully understand. My therapeutic approach is on the leading edge and I am always looking for innovative strategies to help my clients open up to a new way seeing in the world, transforming their lived experience of it.
